Who we are

Plentywear is a trading name of a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16669080, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. You can reach us through our contact page or by post at that address.

These terms

These terms apply when you buy from us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing here reduces your rights in law as a consumer.

How the contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and the contract begins, when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or we've mispriced it, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay for the goods. Delivery is free. We're not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order. We take payment when you place your order. If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have realised it, we don't have to sell at that price.

Delivery

See our Delivery page for delivery times. If we haven't agreed a delivery time with you, we'll deliver within 30 days of the contract starting; this doesn't replace any delivery time we have agreed with you. The goods stay our responsibility until you, or someone you nominate to receive them, takes physical possession of them.

Cancelling and returning

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and 30 days to reject faulty goods. The Plentywear Fit Promise gives you 60 days if your socks won't zip closed. The full detail is on our Returns and refunds page.

If something is wrong with what you bought

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they aren't, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we'll put it right.

Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. We supply goods for private use only and aren't responsible for business losses.

Things outside our control

If something beyond our reasonable control delays your order, we'll contact you as soon as we can. You may cancel and get a full refund for anything not yet delivered.

Complaints

Message us through our contact page. We aim to reply within 1 working day and to resolve complaints within 14 days.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
