The Plentywear Fit Promise: if they won't zip closed, tell us within 60 days and we'll send another size free, nothing to send back, or refund you if no size fits.
The terms
- Who gives it: Plentywear, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Plentywear is a trading name of a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16669080.
- How long: 60 days from the day your order is delivered.
- Where: orders delivered in Great Britain.
- How to claim: message us with your order number, your calf measurement in centimetres and a photo of the sock that won't zip closed.
- What you get: one free replacement pack in another size, posted free. If no size we sell fits your calf, a refund of the price you paid for that pack, to your original payment method, within 14 days of us agreeing the claim. Either way you keep the socks you have.
- Limits: 1 claim per order.
- Your rights: your statutory rights are not affected. This promise is on top of your 14-day right to cancel and your rights if goods are faulty, set out on our Returns and refunds page.
