Shipping policy

Everything here applies to orders delivered in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland or outside Great Britain. If you order to a Northern Ireland address, we'll cancel and refund you in full before anything is sent.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 working days of ordering, including packing. At busy periods, and around Chinese New Year when our maker's factory closes, allow up to 15 working days. We don't offer next-day delivery. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves, and if yours is running late we'll email you.

What it costs

Delivery is free on every order. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Where it ships from

We're a UK company and we hold no stock of our own. Your order is packed and posted directly by our maker, which is in China. That's how we keep the price where it is, and it's also why delivery takes longer than a shop selling from a UK warehouse.

Import charges

Nothing is added after checkout. If a courier ever asks you to pay an import or handling fee before handing your parcel over, don't pay it. Take a photo, message us through our contact page first, and we'll sort it out.

If your order hasn't arrived

If 15 working days have passed since you ordered and nothing's turned up, message us through our contact page with your order number. We aim to chase the carrier by the next working day. If your parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

If you gave us the wrong address

Message us as fast as you can. If the order hasn't gone out yet we'll change it. Once it's with the carrier we can't redirect it, and if it comes back to us we'll refund you or resend it to the right address.
