Refund policy
Plentywear is a trading name of a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16669080, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days
You can cancel your order before it arrives, or up to 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate, receives it. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, the 14 days runs from the day you receive the last item. You don't have to give a reason.
To cancel, tell us clearly through our contact page or by post to Plentywear, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Include your order number if you have it. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to. We'll confirm we've received your cancellation by email.
Once you've told us, send the goods back within 14 days. You don't need our approval to cancel. Ask us for the returns address and we'll send it straight away, with how to post it. You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they're faulty, damaged or not as described.
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you showing us you've sent them, whichever happens first. If you cancel before we've sent your order, we'll refund you within 14 days of you telling us. We refund to your original payment method and never charge a fee. Delivery is free, so there's no delivery charge to refund.
We may reduce your refund if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to check they are as expected, meaning the sort of handling you could reasonably do in a shop.
Won't zip closed? You have 60 days
The Plentywear Fit Promise: if they won't zip closed, tell us within 60 days and we'll send another size free, nothing to send back, or refund you if no size fits.
How it works: tell us within 60 days of delivery through our contact page with your order number, your calf measurement in centimetres and a photo of the sock that won't zip closed. We'll post you one replacement pack in another size, free. If no size we sell fits your calf, we'll refund the price you paid for that pack to your original payment method within 14 days of agreeing the claim. Either way you keep the socks you have. 1 claim per order, for orders delivered in Great Britain. The promise is given by Plentywear, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, and it's on top of your statutory rights, which it doesn't affect. Full terms.
Faulty, damaged or not as described? You have 30 days to reject them
If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you can reject them and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days you're still entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund in some circumstances. We pay return postage on faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
How to start a return
Tell us through our contact page, or by post to the address above, with your order number if you have it. A photo helps us sort out a fault faster, but you don't need one to use your rights. We'll reply with the returns address and instructions.
Your statutory rights
The 14-day cancellation right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The 30-day right to reject faulty goods comes from the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy reduces or replaces your rights in law.
