Size guide
It takes about a minute and you only need a soft tape measure.
- Sit down with your foot flat on the floor.
- Wrap the tape round the widest part of your calf.
- Read the number in centimetres and pick the size it falls in.

| 1 | 30 to 38 cm |
| 2 | 38 to 45 cm |
| 3 | 45 to 50 cm |
| 4 | 50 to 55 cm |
